Event Import API ("the Service", "we") turns public event links into structured data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• URLs you submit. The event/topic links you send to the API so we can fetch and parse them.
• Usage data. Request counts tied to your API key (for metering and rate limits) and basic logs (timestamp, status, approximate region).
• Billing information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We do not require an account to use the free tier, and we do not sell personal data.

Event data

The event details we return come from publicly accessible pages (e.g. Luma, Eventbrite). We extract only what the page already exposes and pass it back to you; we don't enrich it with private data.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting/CDN) and Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide their service.

Retention

Submitted URLs may be briefly cached (minutes) to improve performance. Usage counts are retained for billing. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and debugging.

Your choices

Cancel a subscription anytime via the Stripe billing portal. To request deletion of your API key or usage records, contact us.
