Terms of Service

By using Event Import API ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service fetches publicly accessible event pages and returns structured data (name, date, location, image) as JSON or CSV, via the web tool, REST API, CLI, and MCP server.

Acceptable use

• Use it only to retrieve publicly available event information.
• Respect the terms and rate limits of the source sites you point it at.
• No unlawful use, no attempts to overload or abuse the Service, no reselling raw access in violation of a source site's terms.
• Don't share your API key; you're responsible for usage under it.

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and include the stated monthly import allotment; usage beyond the allotment is billed at the listed per-import rate. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability & accuracy

The Service is provided "as is." Extracted data reflects what a source page exposes at fetch time and may be incomplete or change. Some sites block automated access; we don't guarantee any specific source will work.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior month.

Changes

We may update the Service or these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
